How to keep busy during isolation!
If you’re staying home you must be getting sick and tired of seeing the same walls all the time. We’re here to tell you it’s not all doom and gloom and actually being stuck inside could be the perfect opportunity to spend time decorating your home before the new year.
No.1 Choose Your Colour
This year we have seen many trends in greys and pastel shades- but why follow the crowd? Try something different and go for a different colour-one of my favourite colours is RAL 4002 which is violet red. Personally, I think having a bright colour in your living room can really bring some individuality.
Zinsser Permawhite interior is a product often used for homes as this is a high performance, all purpose paint. This paint produces a tough, scrubbable finish that withstands moisture and also resists dirt pickup. This paint is perfect if you have children as its easily cleaned – as we all know accidents happen (Especially when the children have been staying home causing mischief ).
Another product you could use is Zinsser allcoat (WB) Interior. Zinsser Allcoat also has a very low odour and can be tinted to any colour and normally you only need one coat per surface. We also supply the exterior version which can be used to decorate timber, metal, masonry, plastic concrete and cladding. However we would recommend using this in the warmer months.
