These terms apply to all orders placed with us — whether online, over the phone, or in person. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions in full. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via our website, by telephone, or through written communication. Once you have completed the checkout process online or confirmed an order over the phone, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.
A legally binding contract is only formed when:

We deliver the goods to you, or

You receive the goods in person.
We reserve the right to decline any order without explanation. If your order is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued immediately.

When ordering online:

We aim to keep all product listings accurate and up to date, but availability and pricing may change. If an issue arises, we will contact you promptly.
Order Status Updates
We will keep you informed at every stage of your order:

Pending – Awaiting processing

Processing – Being packed or manufactured

Dispatched – Shipped and with the carrier

Part Dispatched – Order split; balance pending

Back Order – Out of stock, awaiting replenishment

Age Restrictions
Under UK law, it is a criminal offence to sell aerosol paints to individuals under 16. Similarly, we do not knowingly sell acids or strong alkalis to anyone under 18.
By purchasing from our site, you confirm that:

Availability & Stock
While we aim to keep items in stock and dispatch within 1-4 working days, some products are made to order or sourced from third-party manufacturers, which may cause delays.

For urgent orders or collections, please call ahead to confirm stock availability.
We will part-ship orders where possible.

We recommend ordering well in advance of any scheduled work
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or third parties. Please do not schedule painters or contractors until you have received your goods and confirmed accuracy.
Proof of delivery (POD) must be requested within 7 days of dispatch.
Some items (e.g. Zinga, PPG, Bollom, AndCoat, Thermoguard) are made to order and may have longer lead times.
