At Andrews Coatings, we’ve been supplying specialist paints and coatings for over 60 years. Originally founded by the late Jon and Jim Andrews, the business began as a family-run operation built on hard work, trust and service. We were proud to become the first UK distributor for Rust-Oleum - a huge American brand entering into the UK protective coatings industry... even holding their UK stock for them in our early days.
From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into one of the UK's most trusted independent distributors and manufactures of industrial and decorative coatings.
The company was later taken on by Mark Bullock, who started with us as a sales rep at just 18 years old. He helped guide the business into a new era before passing the reins to Matt Davies - now leading the company into its third generation of ownership.
What makes us different? Every owner of this business has worked their way up from the inside - understanding what matters to customers, suppliers and tradespeople alike. In a world of groups, trade networks and large corporate supply chains, we’re proud to remain a standalone, independent company with service at the heart of everything we do.

Meet the team
Managing Director
Matt Davies
Joining Andrews Coatings back in 2015 as a salesman and working through technical sales, into management & and eventually stepping into the role of Managing Director. Matt has been through quite the journey – and one that's kept him hands-on with both customers and the team every step of the way.
On the outside, Matt is into Motorsport, the gym, golf (very questionable golf) and a proper cup of Yorkshire Tea.

Accounts
Nicky George
Nicky keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes when it comes to accounts and credit control. While she’s always up for a friendly chat, if your account’s overdue, she’ll be the one chasing it down (with a smile, of course).
Outside of work, Nicky’s full of energy - whether she’s running marathons, powering through a body combat class or heading off for a weekend away in the motorhome with Luna (black hairy thing in pic). She also loves long walks and spending quality time with her grandson.

Marketing, Purchasing & Sales Lead
Azayah Campbell
Azayah is the anchor of all things paint at Andrews Coatings. She looks after everything from website management and customer experience to purchasing and sales - keeping the office running and the wheels turning day in, day out.
Outside of work, Zay is into weekend escapes with her two floofy companions, Daisy and Olive, training at the gym, playing golf and fixing the odd lawnmower!

Warehouse manager
David Hill
Dave keeps the wheels turning in our warehouse - overseeing everything from manufacturing and tinting paint, to packing and booking orders heading across the UK and beyond. Whether it's a single tin or a full pallet of aerosols, if it leaves our site, it’s passed through Dave’s team.
When he’s not making sure orders get where they need to be, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course, spending time with his grandchildren or exploring the trails on his mountain e-bike.
