Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible goods in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Returns are subject to:

  • Prior approval and a returns reference number

  • A handling charge of 15% to 50%, depending on the product and supplier

  • Goods must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable

  • Returns are at your own cost - we recommend using a tracked, insured service

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Tinted or mixed paints made to your specification

  • Opened or used items (including aerosols)

  • Fire-resistant or intumescent coatings

  • Sale items or orders placed with discount codes

If you're unsure whether your item is returnable, please call us before ordering.

Colour Accuracy & Testing

Please check and test all colours upon receipt. We strongly recommend testing a small sample in the intended environment before full application.

  • Colour appearance can vary due to lighting, surface texture or application method

  • No refunds can be given once a tinted or mixed product has been used

  • Any discrepancies must be reported before use

Once applied, we cannot offer replacements or refunds unless the issue was flagged prior to use.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Inspect all goods upon delivery. If damaged:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Retain photographic evidence

  • Do not use the product

Once damaged goods have been partially used, they are considered accepted.

We will replace or refund damaged items once confirmed. Carrier responsibility ends after 48 hours, so please act quickly.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under UK law, you may cancel your order if:

  • The item has not yet been shipped or processed

  • You notify us within a reasonable time frame

Cancellations must be made via phone or email.

Note: Custom-made products are excluded from cancellation rights.

Calls & Communication

Calls may be recorded for order verification and dispute resolution only. Calls are not used for training or third-party purposes.

Placing a telephone order confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Labour costs

  • Losses from delayed or incorrect orders

  • Repainting, prep work, or project delays

Testing and verifying suitability of products before use is the buyer's responsibility.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
