Rust-Oleum 7500 Alkythane Satin – High-Performance Anti-Corrosion Topcoat
Rust-Oleum 7500 Alkythane Satin is a single-pack, high-build topcoat that combines excellent corrosion protection with outstanding durability. Based on a urethane-modified alkyd, it delivers the same long-lasting protection in fewer coats compared to traditional alkyd systems.
Easy to apply with excellent flow and opacity, this topcoat is suitable for use in low temperatures (down to 5°C), making it highly versatile for year-round projects. Available in any colour, with a choice of gloss, satin, or metallic finishes, it provides a smooth, durable finish that stands up to harsh conditions.

Surface Preparation
Remove dirt, grease, oil, and all other surface contaminants by Rust-Oleum Alkaline Cleaner/Degreaser ND14. Remove loose rust and loose coatings. Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. The surface must be clean and dry during application.

Direction for Use
Remove cover cap. Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard. Shake frequently during use.
Hold can approx. 25 cm from surface. Use back and forth motion keeping can parallel with surface. Ensure that can is in motion when spray button is pressed to avoid runs and sags. Apply several thin layers at a few minutes interval to achieve adequate coating thickness. After use turn can upside down and press spray button for 2 - 3 seconds to clean valve.

We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery on both parcel and pallet orders.
Parcel Shipments
All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Requesting an International Delivery Quote
If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Delivery address (including country and any required customs information)
- Details of the items you would like to order
- Quantities for each item
Once we have this information, we’ll handle the rest - from calculating the most suitable shipping method to arranging safe and compliant delivery to your destination.
🛠️ Specialist Products & Pallet Deliveries
Some coatings are made to order, particularly from premium brands like Sigma/PPG. These orders:

We hold a large amount of stock ready for immediate dispatch, but:
