Rust-Oleum Paracem – High-Quality Interior & Exterior Wall Paint
Paracem is a premium high-performance wall paint designed for both interior and exterior applications. Suitable for new and aged substrates including plaster, masonry, concrete, brickwork, cement render, drywall, and wooden panels, it delivers exceptional durability and long-lasting aesthetics across a wide range of surfaces.
Engineered to withstand harsh weather conditions, Paracem offers excellent gloss stability, high opacity, and strong filling power, making it an ideal choice for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Its semi-gloss decorative finish is easy to clean and maintain, while its unsaponifiable formula ensures stability even on alkaline surfaces like fresh masonry.

Surface Preparation
The substrate must be sufficiently dry and stable; clean thoroughly. In case of fungal growth: treat first with an adequate moss-preventing product. On porous substrates apply first a coat of Parafix or Pegafix / Paracem (25 / 75). On very smooth bricks, apply a first coat of Noxyde diluted with 25% water, or a coat of Pegalink. Impregnate old chalking paints, after cleaning, with a coat of Fixonal or Pegafix. For stain, graffiti blocking and/or very fast recoating on all substrates, for interior or exterior, use Zinsser primers Bulls Eye 123 or 123 Plus, or Cover-Stain. Fill up holes and seal joints or fissures with Elastofill. If necessary, fill with Pegaflex. Flat down and remove dust. Hereafter, apply 1 - 2 coats of Paracem.
