Rust-Oleum HARD HAT Stain Blocker – High-Opacity Matt White Aerosol Primer

Rust-Oleum HARD HAT® Aerosol 2990 Stain Blocker is a fast-drying, high-opacity matt white primer designed to permanently block and isolate problem stains. Formulated with a plasticized acrylic resin, it effectively seals stains caused by nicotine, soot, tar, rust, moisture, graffiti, and other discolourations. Ideal for a wide range of surfaces including concrete, plaster, particle board, wallpaper, and previously coated walls.
