Coo-Var Zinc Phosphate Primer is a zinc rich primer to apply to metal surfaces to protect them from rusting. It’s a high performance primer, suitable for aluminium, iron and steel. It is also usable on combined wood/metal surfaces and it will primer both substrates.

This product is ideal for fire escapes, window frames, metal gates/doors etc. It’s stronger and offers more protection than a conventional primer. This makes it particularly good in coastal areas where there is a higher risk of corrosion.
