A silicic acid-based cleaning concentrate to remove contamination and mould release agents from concrete surfaces, which, when applied, reacts to form harmless compounds. Ideal for removal of release agent residues from new concrete surfaces. Keim Concrete Cleaner may also be used as a cleaning agent for existing concrete or render surfaces contaminated with oily or greasy substances.

Preparation & Application
Application
Pre-wet concrete surfaces before applying Keim Concrete Cleaner applying sufficient water to create a moist, matt surface. Concrete should be cleaned with Keim Concrete Cleaner, diluted 1- part Concrete Cleaner with 5 parts water, thoroughly brushed in to remove any traces of release oils and then washed off with clean cold water.
Application Conditions
Ambient and substrate temperature above 5°C and below 30°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight or onto sun-heated surfaces, nor if it is raining or if there is an immediate likelihood of rain.
Consumption
Approx. 0.05 lt/m² . Consumption rates are offered for guideline purposes only and are quoted for smooth rendered surfaces. Actual rates are the responsibility of the applicator. Project specifications should be referred to for specific rates.
