Rust-Oleum 6100 Tarmacoat is a versatile, fast-drying acrylic water-based paint designed for floor coating and surface marking. Specially formulated for use on tarmac, asphalt, and bitumen, it offers excellent adhesion and durability, even on slightly damp surfaces.

This single-pack, ready-to-use solution is rain-proof and recoatable within just one hour, making it ideal for quick-turnaround projects. Its UV- and weather-resistant finish ensures long-lasting protection and visibility, while the virtually odourless water-based formulation makes it safe and convenient to apply, indoors or outdoors.

Rust-Oleum Tarmacoat – The fast, reliable solution for surface marking and floor coating!

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, sound and dry (slightly damp is acceptable). Tarmacoat can be
applied to existing paint providing all poorly bonded material is removed and glossy
surfaces are dulled using abrasive paper. For concrete surfaces which are porous and/or
have loose particles or powdering, first prime with Primer 44HS®or EpoxyShield Sealer
5220. For non-porous concrete prime with diluted NOXYDE®. For asphalt surfaces apply
first a coat Tarmacoat™ 20% diluted with water.

Directions for Use

To ensure homogeneity, coating materials should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
