Rust-Oleum 1017/2117 Galva Zinc-Alu – Zinc-Aluminium Coating with Long-Lasting Protection

Rust-Oleum 1017/2117 Galva Zinc-Alu combines pure zinc and aluminium pigments to deliver the perfect balance between a zinc spray and an aluminium spray. This high-performance coating provides cathodic protection and a bright, metallic finish with sparkling aluminium particles.

Resistant to 340 hours of salt spray testing (DIN 50021 SS), Galva Zinc-Alu ensures excellent corrosion resistance for steel structures. Available as a fast-drying aerosol spray (2117) or brush-on coating (1017), it is ideal for both touch-ups and full surface protection.

Surface Preparation

Remove dirt, grease, oil, loose rust and all other surface contaminants by appropriate
means. The surface must be clean and dry during application

Directions for Use

1017: to ensure homogeneity, coatings material should be thoroughly stirred prior to use.
