Teamac High Performance Marine Primer is a premium two-pack epoxy primer with zinc phosphate, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance above and below the waterline. Formulated to perform in harsh maritime environments, this coating is designed to extend the life of marine vessels, infrastructure and structural steelwork.
Ideal for use on blast-cleaned or properly prepared steel, aluminium, GRP and timber surfaces, it forms an outstanding bond with the substrate and acts as a long-term protective foundation for a wide range of topcoats including Teamac High Performance Gloss and Antifoulings.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and contaminant-free

Blast cleaning to SA 2½ is recommended

Directions for Use

Mix 3 parts base to 1 part activator by volume

Mix thoroughly with a slow-speed electric mixer for at least 2 minutes

Apply using brush or airless spray

Do not apply below 5°C or in high humidity (>90%)

Recoat between 2–4 hours depending on conditions

Clean tools immediately after use to prevent curing in lines

Parcel Shipments
All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Requesting an International Delivery Quote
If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:

- Delivery address (including country and any required customs information)
- Details of the items you would like to order
- Quantities for each item

Some coatings are made to order, particularly from premium brands like Sigma/PPG. These orders:
