Watco Flowpatch Repair Bundle Pack provides everything you need to carry out strong, long-lasting repairs to damaged concrete floors in one convenient kit.
Designed for industrial and commercial environments, this bundle combines Watco’s heavy-duty Flowpatch repair mortar with the appropriate primer, ensuring excellent adhesion and durability. It’s ideal for repairing worn, pitted or uneven concrete surfaces prior to coating or for standalone structural repairs.
Perfect for warehouses, factories, workshops and loading areas, the system creates a smooth, hard-wearing finish capable of handling forklift and light vehicle traffic.

Flowpatch® is an easy to mix, pourable material for quick repairs to holes in level concrete, inside or outside. It is very strong and hardens quickly: it will accept heavy traffic including forklifts only 2 hours after application.
This paddle mixer is a sturdy metal mixing blade to be use with Flowtop and Flowpatch® to ensure an even mix is achieved. Can be washed and reused once application has finished.
A durable 10” steel float with a wooden handle ideal for Flowpatch® application.

Surface Preparation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease and contaminants.

Remove loose or weak concrete and mechanically prepare smooth surfaces to create a good key.

Degrease oil-contaminated areas thoroughly.

Apply the supplied primer as directed to ensure strong adhesion to the substrate.

Allow primer to become tacky before applying Flowpatch mortar

Directions for use

Prepare the substrate thoroughly and ensure it is sound.

Pour and spread to required thickness using a trowel or smoothing tool.

Parcel Shipments

Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
