Zinsser AllCoat® Commercial (Water-Based) is a high-performance multi-surface paint, primer and sealer for large-scale interior projects. Ideal for commercial settings such as supermarkets, showrooms and warehouses, it delivers a fast-drying, flat matt finish with very low odour - perfect for spray application over ceilings, walls and suspended ceiling tiles.
This self-sealing, one-coat system adheres directly to glossy surfaces without sanding and resists flash rust and grain raise. It can be used on wood, metal, plaster, concrete and other common interior substrates – hiding bold colours and patterns with ease.
Its ultra-flat finish offers excellent durability, scrubbability and a clean professional look, even in demanding environments. AllCoat Commercial dries quickly, sands to a powder within one hour and is compatible with both solvent-based and water-based topcoats.
Surface Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and sound

Remove all grease, grime, dust, wax, wallpaper adhesive and mildew

Sand smooth any rough edges or flaking paint

Moisture content must be below 16% before painting

Wire brush rusted areas and clean galvanised metal with methylated spirit

Spot prime knots and resinous areas with Zinsser B-I-N®

Ensure ambient temperature is between 10°C and 32°C

Not suitable for exterior use or floors

Directions for Use

Stir thoroughly before use

Apply one full coat directly to surface – primer, sealer and finish in one

Use airless sprayer with a .015–.017" tip @ 2000–2500 PSI

For porous surfaces or strong colour change, apply a second coat

Thin only if needed (max 10% clean water)

Avoid application if RH is above 85%

Do not use on exterior surfaces or flooring

Clean tools immediately after use with warm, soapy water

International Delivery
We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery on both parcel and pallet orders.
Parcel Shipments
All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Requesting an International Delivery Quote
If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Delivery address (including country and any required customs information)
- Details of the items you would like to order
- Quantities for each item
Once we have this information, we’ll handle the rest - from calculating the most suitable shipping method to arranging safe and compliant delivery to your destination.
🛠️ Specialist Products & Pallet Deliveries
Some coatings are made to order, particularly from premium brands like Sigma/PPG. These orders:
