Formulated using urethane-modified alkyd resins and rust-inhibiting pigments, this paint acts as both a primer and topcoat. It offers superior adhesion, excellent colour retention and resistance to heat, corrosion and road grime. The high solids content ensures consistent, smooth coverage in just one coat, leaving a bold and clean finish that stands up to everyday driving conditions.

Directions for Use

Clean and degrease the brake calipers thoroughly before application. Ensure all contaminants such as dust, oil and grease are removed.
Sand the surface to remove any old or failing coatings and create a suitable key for the paint to adhere to.
Wipe down the calipers with a solvent-based cleaner to remove any remaining particles or contaminants. Allow to evaporate fully (minimum 15 minutes) before painting.
Mask off surrounding areas if applying the paint with the calipers still fitted. For a full coating system, calipers can be removed if preferred.
Apply one coat evenly using a brush or suitable applicator.
- Touch dry: approx. 3 hours at 20°C
- Handle dry: approx. 8 hours at 20°C
  Avoid driving before full drying time to prevent brake dust or road debris from affecting the fresh finish.
Clean up any spills or overspray immediately with solvent.

Additional Info

For track or high-performance use, some colour fading may occur over extended periods due to high brake temperatures.
Suitable for use on most brake caliper types - check compatibility before use.

Orders placed after 12 midday (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the next working day.

We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery on both parcel and pallet orders.

Parcel Shipments

All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.

Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)

For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.

Requesting an International Delivery Quote

If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:

🛠️ Specialist Products & Pallet Deliveries

Some coatings are made to order, particularly from premium brands like Sigma/PPG. These orders:

May have longer lead times
May carry a £150 + VAT delivery charge
Could require pallet delivery — a separate charge may apply

If your order requires palletisation, we’ll contact you after checkout to confirm delivery costs. You're also welcome to contact us first for a delivery quote before placing the order.
