Watco Flowpatch
- Lightwork of heavy-duty repairs
- Structural strength solutions
Watco Flowpatch is a heavy-duty, flowable floor repair mortar designed for fast and durable repairs to damaged concrete surfaces. Ideal for industrial and commercial environments, it levels and smooths worn, pitted or uneven concrete to create a strong, long-lasting finish.
Its self-smoothing formulation makes it easy to apply and perfect for repairing warehouse floors, factory units, loading bays and other high-traffic areas. Once cured, Flowpatch provides a tough surface capable of withstanding forklift and pallet truck traffic.
Whether you’re preparing a surface for further coating or carrying out standalone repairs, Watco Flowpatch delivers professional results with minimal downtime.
Surface Preparation
-
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oil or loose material.
-
Remove weak or friable concrete and mechanically prepare smooth surfaces to create a good key.
-
Any contaminants such as oil or grease should be removed using a suitable degreaser.
-
Prime the surface if required, especially on porous substrates.
