Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original Satin – Primer & Topcoat in One
Rust-Oleum CombiColor Original (7300/7400) is a primer and topcoat in one, specially formulated for direct application onto rust and bare metal. Its urethane-modified alkyd formula ensures excellent coverage and a smooth finish with no brush strokes. Containing rust-inhibitive pigments, it offers long-lasting protection while being lead- and chromate-free.
Designed for convenience and durability, CombiColor provides a high coverage rate of 10.3 m² per litre, is sag-resistant, and can be applied in temperatures as low as 5°C. Ideal for both professional and DIY use, it’s perfect for metal surfaces that need strong, protective, and decorative finishes.

Surface Preparation
Remove oil, grease and all other surface contaminations by alkaline or high pressure
(steam) cleaning in combination with appropriate detergents. Remove rust scale, loose mill
scale, loose rust and loose coatings by scraping and wire brushing to St 3 (ISO 8501-1:1988), light blast cleaning or sanding. Sand intact coatings to roughen the surface slightly. The surface must be clean and dry during application. Galvanised, Zinc and Aluminium surfaces have to be primed first with CombiPrimer Tack Coat 3302.
