Rust-Oleum 9100 High Performance Epoxy – Heavy-Duty 2K Epoxy Coating
Rust-Oleum 9100 High Performance Epoxy is a two-pack, high-build glossy epoxy coating that provides superior protection against corrosion, abrasion, and chemicals. At 125 microns dry film thickness, it is twice as thick as regular epoxies, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding environments.
Formulated with a high concentration of rust inhibitors, it delivers excellent adhesion and resilience on both metal and concrete floors. Available in almost any tintable colour, this epoxy is ideal for industrial facilities, warehouses, workshops, and heavy-duty flooring where maximum performance is required.

Surface Preparation
Remove all dirt and contaminations by alkaline or high pressure (steam) cleaning in combination with appropriate detergent like Rust-Oleum ND14. Sand previous glossy coatings to roughen the surface slightly, check compatibility. The surface must be clean and dry.
Steel: Remove loose rust, mill scale and deteriorated coatings by hand or power tool
cleaning to St 2/3 (ISO 8501-01 : 1988). Blast large areas to Sa 2 (ISO 8501-01: 1988),
blast profile max. 50 µm. For immersion purposes, prepare to Sa 3 (ISO 8501-01 : 1988),
blast profile max. 75 µm.
Concrete and masonry: New concrete or masonry should cure for at least 30 days before
applying the coating system. Remove laitance, any loose or unsound concrete or coatings.
Smooth concrete should be abraded except in case of use of a Rust-Oleum adhesion
primer.

Directions for Use
Stir individual components thoroughly before mixing them together, with a mechanical low speed mixer for 3 minutes.

Parcel Shipments
All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Requesting an International Delivery Quote
If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Delivery address (including country and any required customs information)
- Details of the items you would like to order
- Quantities for each item
Once we have this information, we’ll handle the rest - from calculating the most suitable shipping method to arranging safe and compliant delivery to your destination.
🛠️ Specialist Products & Pallet Deliveries
Some coatings are made to order, particularly from premium brands like Sigma/PPG. These orders:
