Rust-Oleum 9200 Rust-O-Thane – Ultra-Durable 2K Polyurethane Coating
Rust-Oleum 9200 Rust-O-Thane is a water-based, two-pack satin gloss polyurethane that delivers an exceptionally durable and colourfast finish for floors, walls, stairs, wood, and metal. With automotive-level UV stability, it will not yellow over time, making it the perfect choice for both interior and exterior applications.
Engineered for extreme abrasion and scratch resistance, Rust-O-Thane provides a smooth, professional satin finish with excellent flow and a low-odour formula, making it suitable even for sensitive indoor environments. It is also ideal as a protective topcoat over epoxy and acrylic systems, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Surface Preparation
Before application, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, or other contaminants. Use alkaline or high-pressure steam cleaning with suitable detergents if needed. Existing coatings in good condition should be sanded lightly to remove gloss and improve adhesion, and a small test patch is recommended to confirm compatibility with RUST-O-THANE 9200. Any coatings that are poorly bonded must be removed by scraping, sanding, or wire brushing, then spot-primed with the appropriate Rust-Oleum or Mathys primer.

Directions for Use
Gradually add the activator to the base and mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer. Do not dilute the product once mixed, and use it within 2 hours (pot-life). Never store leftover mixed material in a sealed container.

Parcel Shipments
All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Requesting an International Delivery Quote
If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:
