Zinsser Ceiling Pro 5-in-1 is a specialist ceiling paint that combines five essential decorating steps in one advanced formula: it seals, primes, blocks stains, bridges hairline cracks and delivers a non-yellowing matt white finish.
Designed with modern cationic water-based technology, Ceiling Pro 5-in-1 adheres to any surface, tackles common ceiling problems like water and smoke stains, and resists fungal degradation with an integrated surface biocide. It's low odour, fast drying and contains only trace VOCs – making it ideal for both domestic and commercial interiors.
With a recoat time of just 45 minutes and exceptional coverage, it's the go-to choice for decorators looking for speed, convenience and professional results in one product.
Surface Preparation

Ensure ceilings are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or contaminants

Remove any existing mould, mildew or flaking coatings

Moisture content of the surface should be below 15%

Countersink and fill any exposed nail heads before painting

For best results, avoid application in rooms colder than 10°C or hotter than 30°C

Stir thoroughly before use

Apply using a brush, roller or airless spray – no thinning required unless spraying
