Rust-Oleum 3366 is a rapid curing, water-based adhesion primer specially formulated for smooth surfaces such as new and aged power-floated concrete—even those with pinholes. With excellent flow, a light grey colour to boost topcoat opacity, and a low odour formula, it allows for same-day application of primer and topcoat, saving time on site.

Surface Preparation
New concrete should be allowed at least 30 days to dry. Surfaces should be clean, dry and
free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, curing compounds and other contaminants. Remove grease, oil and all other surface contaminations by alkaline or high pressure (steam) cleaning. Remove all previous coatings completely.

Directions for Use
The tall outer tin contains a tin of Resin and a tin of Activator. Remove these two tins and
stir the contents of each thoroughly. Decant both tins into the tall outer tin. The two
components should then be very thoroughly mixed together using a wide bladed stirrer. A
wooden batten at least 25 mm wide is ideal. Mix for 2-3 minutes until an even colour and
consistency are obtained. Aim to apply the mixed components within one hour.
