Watco Asphalt Crack Filler is a simple, effective solution for repairing cracks in tarmac and asphalt surfaces before they develop into bigger problems.
Cracks allow water to penetrate beneath the surface, leading to erosion, frost damage and costly deterioration. This rubberised bitumen-based filler is designed to flex with the surface, sealing cracks and preventing further damage.
Easy to apply, the liquid formula can be poured directly into cracks using a spouted can or watering can, making it ideal for quick maintenance jobs across a wide range of environments.
Suitable for car parks, walkways, playgrounds and general asphalt surfaces, this product helps extend the life of your surface with minimal effort.

Limitations:
- Designed for bitumen-based surfaces only
- May soften surfaces containing coal tar – test first
- Not suitable for non-asphalt substrates
Surface Preparation
- Remove all loose debris, dirt and vegetation from cracks
- Ensure the surface is clean and reasonably dry
- Oil and grease should be removed using a suitable degreaser
- Light brushing or sweeping is usually sufficient
- Damp surfaces can be primed with a tack coat if required
Proper preparation ensures maximum adhesion and performance.

Directions for Use
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Ensure cracks are clean and free from loose material.
- For cracks up to 3mm wide:
- Pour directly into the crack using a spouted can
- Brush off excess material from the surface
- For cracks 3mm – 25mm wide:
- Prime the crack edges with the product
- Mix with sand to create a mortar consistency
- Trowel into the crack and smooth off
- Once dry, lightly dust with sand or cement to remove any surface tack.
- Allow to cure fully before trafficking.
Avoid application in temperatures below 5°C or in wet conditions

Parcel Shipments
All international parcel deliveries are handled by FedEx International. Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Pallet Shipments (Including Dangerous Goods)
For palletised orders — including those containing dangerous goods - we work with independent specialist freight companies experienced in compliant global hazardous materials transport.
Due to the nature of these shipments, pricing and transit times are provided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Requesting an International Delivery Quote
If you would like to place an international order, simply get in touch and we will prepare a personalised shipping quote. Please provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Delivery address (including country and any required customs information)
- Details of the items you would like to order
- Quantities for each item
Once we have this information, we’ll handle the rest - from calculating the most suitable shipping method to arranging safe and compliant delivery to your destination.

Some coatings are made to order, particularly from premium brands like Sigma/PPG. These orders:
